April 29 Walking Class

Saturday April 29th was a great class. We did a lot on drawing our attention to the foot, ankle and leg. We warmed these up and used them completely throughout the gait (walking) cycle. We again integrated this into using our whole body to walk. Forwards heel toe, backwards toe heel.
Keep coming and tell your friends there is a ton of awareness to uncover with the walking cycle that can help with prevent injuries, stay healthy and get the most out of your chiropractic treatment.
