April 8th - Walking Class
What a cold and chilly morning (in Canada, a balmy morning!) but nine keeners showed up their walking legs on !
Coming out on chilly mornings like this will pay off. Hang in there. Even though it was hard to warm up your muscles, your nervous system developed a lot of new pathways. It may not overcome your desire to stay in your bed longer, but believe me, your body will thank you for it as you progress toward better health.
Try just doing 10 steps at a time, frequently this week to help strengthen your coordination and not aggravate your back. We will see you on Saturday !

I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own blog and was wondering what all is required to get setup? I'm
assuming having a blog like yours would cost a
pretty penny? I'm not very internet smart so I'm not 100% sure.
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was curious if you ever considered changing the page layout of
your website? Its very well written; I love
what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more
in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two images.
Maybe you could space it out better?
